You may notice
that some of the items are marked as Shipped from Overseas. For these items, we
have a customized policy that will give you an idea of how things work with La

International Delivery

Delivery typically take ten (10) to fifteen (15) working days

Prices
may vary according to foreign exchange rate for shipping or custom fees
(depending on the product/value in accordance to Cambodia law)
Cancellation/Return/Exchange

Cancellations are only applicable when orders are within the “Pending” status –
which takes place prior to payment received.

Return/Exchange
Product return/exchange is not allowed for international purchases.
Product Defect

Should
there be any defects on products received – kindly contact La Rue to proceed
with refund/warranty within 7 days.

Please
note that some products may not be covered by warranty. Nevertheless, should
the product be covered by warranty, the customer must bear the cost of
international shipping.
