International Policy

You may notice that some of the items are marked as Shipped from Overseas. For these items, we have a customized policy that will give you an idea of how things work with La Rue. Enjoy shopping fuss-free when you know our terms and conditions below:

 

International Delivery

·         International Delivery typically take ten (10) to fifteen (15) working days

·         Prices may vary according to foreign exchange rate for shipping or custom fees (depending on the product/value in accordance to Cambodia law)

 

Cancellation/Return/Exchange

·         Order cancellation
Cancellations are only applicable when orders are within the “Pending” status – which takes place prior to payment received.

·         Return/Exchange
Product return/exchange is not allowed for international purchases.

 

Product Defect

·         Should there be any defects on products received – kindly contact La Rue to proceed with refund/warranty within 7 days.

·         Please note that some products may not be covered by warranty. Nevertheless, should the product be covered by warranty, the customer must bear the cost of international shipping.
